EXO Baekhyun’s Company I&B100 Issues Stern Warning Against Malicious Content in Official Statement
The company has made its first-ever public announcement regarding legal matters.

On January 8, Baekhyun’s newly established company I&B100 released an official statement on X (Twitter). According to the announcement, posts and online communities containing hateful content are being monitored by the agency.
I&B100 also shared that legal action would be implemented without hesitation against these malicious comments, remarks of defamation, and the spread of false information. Furthermore, the company assured that its artists will be protected, followed by a request for fans’ cooperation in online monitoring.
I&B100 wrapped the statement by expressing gratitude to everyone, who supports its artists and the company.

“Hello. This is INB100.
First of all, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to all the fans and their unstinting love for Baekhyun, Xiumin, and Chen.
We would like to announce that we constantly monitoring portal sites, online communities, and social media to protect the honor of our artists.
Through this activity, we will be taking legal action against anyone making indiscreet criticism, defaming, or spreading false information about our artists, and there will not be any form of consent or favorable agreements.
We will continue to make our best efforts to establish stable and healthy activities for our artists and fans based on the data we gather through monitoring and fans’ combined efforts. We deeply appreciate your cooperation in advance.
Earlier on the same day (January 8), I&B100 announced that Chen and Xiumin would join Baekhyun to collectively and individually promote as EXO-CBX under the agency.
“This challenge started from the efforts of the members and their sincerity, which will be showcased to approach their fans creatively and genuinely. We ask for your warm encouragement and support for their growth.”
