Bluepoch is set to roll out several exciting updates in the Reverse 1999 version 2.4, which will be available on March 27, 2025. Among the noteworthy changes is the introduction of a new chapter in the A Series of Dusks mode called Fugue of Reflections. Further adjustments will include a revised limit on incantations, enhanced optimization of Resistance effects within incantations, and a novel feature that allows for Resonance Plan Sharing.
Upcoming Enhancements in Reverse 1999 version 2.4
Timekeepers can explore the following optimizations that the Reverse 1999 version 2.4 update will bring:
1) New Features in A Series of Dusks
The A Series of Dusks game mode will unveil the Fugue of Reflections expansion, which introduces a new artifact type known as Acoustica. Each character in Reverse 1999 will be exclusively associated with their unique Acoustica artifact, necessitating specific encounters to obtain them. Upon acquisition, the artifacts will not be fully activated immediately; players must fulfill certain conditions to unlock their full potential. Collecting a requisite number of fully enhanced Acoustica artifacts will permit players to activate Harmonia, granting enhancements to their team.
While players will need the new expansion for access to these features, it is not mandatory for experiencing the new ending, as various triggering methods will be available.
2) Adjustments to Incantation Limit

The number of incantations Timekeepers can draw in each turn will be capped at 20 following the update. This limit will remain applicable only to the base game and the Rhapsody of the Moon expansion. However, in the new Fugue of Expansion, specific Acoustica artifacts will possess abilities that allow characters to exceed this limit, providing strategic advantages during gameplay.
3) Resonance Plan Sharing
A noteworthy enhancement in version 2.4 is the introduction of Resonance Plan Sharing. This feature enables players to share their Resonance Plans with friends effortlessly. Players can simply copy their Spectrum code to the clipboard and share it. Friends can then paste the code and apply the settings to their characters using the Load Settings feature.
4) Enhanced Resistance Display

The update will also feature significant optimizations in the visualization of enemy resistance to various status effects during battles. Timekeepers will now be able to see the level of resistance displayed on their arcanist’s card. A red rhombus will indicate 100% resistance, while a yellow rhombus will reflect partial resistance levels, enhancing strategic planning during confrontations.
