“Make Farewells More Beautiful”marks the signature Light Cone of the new Remembrance character, Castorice, in Honkai Star Rail. Set to debut with the upcoming patch version 3.2 on April 9, 2025, players (or Trailblazers) will have the opportunity to obtain this gear through the appropriate Warp banner. While acquiring this Light Cone is not essential, it certainly enhances Castorice’s combat capabilities, making it a valuable addition for enthusiasts of the game.
Overview of Make Farewells More Beautiful
This article explores the distinctive effects, statistics, and ascension materials associated with Castorice’s signature Light Cone—”Make Farewells More Beautiful.”
Unique Effects and Statistics
Upon fully upgrading “Make Farewells More Beautiful,”players can expect the following statistics:
- HP: 1270
- ATK: 529
- DEF: 396
In addition to these stats, at Superimposition level 1, the Light Cone provides the following enhancements when equipped by Castorice or another Remembrance character:
- Engrave: Boosts the wearer’s Max HP by 30%. If the wearer or their memosprite loses HP during their turn, they gain the “Death Flower”effect. This power allows them to bypass 30% of the target’s DEF for damage calculation, lasting for 2 turns. Furthermore, upon the disappearance of the memosprite, the wearer’s action advances by 12%. Note that this effect can trigger only once, resetting with every use of the Ultimate ability.
Ascension Materials for Maximum Upgrade
To fully ascend Castorice’s Light Cone, players will need to gather specific materials, some of which are accessible ahead of the gear’s release in this turn-based gacha game. Key materials for upgrading to maximum level include:

- 385,000x – Credits
- 15x – Flower of Alaya
- 12x – Seedling of Manas
- 4x – Bija of Consciousness
- 20x – Ethereal Omen
It is important to note that the names for the 3-star and 4-star variants of Ethereal Omen have yet to be disclosed. Additionally, as it is a new resource, players will have to wait until the Honkai Star Rail version 3.2 is launched to collect it.
Currently, players can farm for Bija of Consciousness and its variants from the Bud of Remembrance in the Crimson Calyx. As with most Crimson Calyx stages, accumulating these materials requires the expenditure of Trailblaze Power.
