Steps to Complete the Good As Gold Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
The Good As Gold Quest kicks off once you’ve reached Level 2. Start by speaking with Scrooge McDuck, who will ask you to evaluate the security of his shop. Your tasks within the general store will include:
- Taking a photograph of the Vault, a door that guards treasures even more valuable than those hidden in the Cave of Wonders.
- Locating a means to access the second floor — the staircase.
- Identifying escape routes to avoid the security guards — also utilizing the staircase.
Once these initial tasks are complete, converse with Aladdin to move forward in the quest.
After your discussion with Aladdin, access your wardrobe through the inventory and change into darker, sportier attire to aid in stealth. With your new outfit, accompany Aladdin back into the general store.
Inside the store, engage with Aladdin and operate the buttons on the tables and walls upstairs to control the lighting. Experiment with different sequences to turn off the lights, then head back downstairs. When at the ground level, deactivate the security alarm by pressing the button hidden behind the counter.
Once the alarm is disabled, follow Aladdin into the Vault. During the heist, you’ll find the vault door shuts, causing magical coins to scatter throughout the vicinity.
There are a total of four enchanted coins to collect. Observe their movement patterns and position yourself strategically to gather them all. Once you’ve succeeded in collecting every coin, hand them over to Aladdin. Congratulations, you’ve successfully pilfered Scrooge McDuck’s treasure!
Aladdin will prompt you to swiftly escape the store and return to Dreamlight Valley. On your quest to gather the rest of the flying coins, you’ll find them spread across the scenic Peaceful Meadows.
Following the collection of all coins, visit Aladdin and Jasmine in their home to snap a photo of Aladdin along with the ill-gotten loot from Scrooge McDuck’s General Store.
