After more than three and a half years following the initial PC release of its second chapter, the launch date for Deltarune Chapters 3 and 4 was unveiled during Nintendo’s Switch 2 Direct presentation on April 2. These chapters will be made available alongside the new console on June 5, and fans can also look forward to releases on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC, and the original Nintendo Switch on the same date.
The confirmation of Deltarune for the Switch 2’s launch is particularly significant for its solo developer, Toby Fox. In a recent Fangamer newsletter, he highlighted that the Switch 2 variant of the game will feature a specialized room designed for utilizing dual mouse controls with the Joy-Cons. This feature was briefly showcased in a trailer during the Switch 2 Direct, where players can see sprites interacting within this unique space.
