Crushology 101 Premiere Date Delayed Due to President Yoon’s Impeachment Coverage on MBC

MBC has announced a new premiere date for its much-anticipated Friday-Saturday drama, Crushology 101, which is now slated to debut on April 11. This change comes after the original air date of April 4 was postponed to accommodate a special news coverage regarding the impeachment of President Yoon Suk-yeol.

On April 3, MBC released an official statement outlining the reason for the adjustment and expressed their appreciation for viewers’ understanding. It is worth noting that despite this scheduling change, the production presentation for Crushology 101 will continue as planned on the same day, as reported by News 1.

Overview of Crushology 101

Crushology 101 tells the story of Bunny, a talented sculpture major at Yein University. Once focused on character over looks, her outlook shifts after an embarrassing first love fuels her insecurity and desire for attractive partners, adding complexity to her romantic life.

Things take a thrilling turn as two distinct men step into her world: Hwang Jae-yoel, an aspiring visual design student with a kind heart, and the seemingly perfect chaebol heir, Cha Ji-won. This contrasting pair presents Bunny with unexpected romantic prospects.

Teasers and Character Dynamics

The latest teaser reveals that Bunny, portrayed by Ban Hee-jin, resolves to avoid love following a failed relationship. However, her determination falters when four intriguing men enter the scene. Hwang Jae-yeol complicates her life by getting involved over financial matters, while Cha Ji-won wins her heart with his warmth. The narrative thickens with the presence of Jo A-rang, her longtime idol, and Jin Hyun-oh, her first love, each vying for her affections.

As Hwang and Cha subtly vie for Bunny’s attention, Jo and Jin take a more direct approach. Additionally, a mysterious character adds an element of intrigue and danger to Bunny’s life, heightening the stakes in Crushology 101.
