Split Fiction offers players a variety of optional quests that add depth to the gameplay experience. These side quests provide a delightful diversion from the central narrative and offer unique insights into the characters of the game. While players may be tempted to skip these engagements, doing so means missing out on the development of the heroines and their personalities.

Exploring Apple Locations in the Farmlife Quest of Split Fiction
Following the defeat of Mr. Hammer during the Neon’s Revenge main quest, players will enter a new realm where they can begin the Farmlife side story. In this chapter, Zoe and Mio are transformed into adorable pigs, each equipped with unique powers that are essential for collecting the apples needed to pass through designated pig doors.
Zoe’s abilities allow her to stretch and leap into the air, while Mio can propel herself forward using her powerful farts to soar through the environment. Although this approach may initially seem humorous, successfully gathering all the apples can be quite challenging, particularly if you are unaware of the locations. Remember, apples are color-coded; as such, only the pig that can access it can collect each apple.
Initial Apple Collection
As players begin their adventure, they are presented with a series of puzzles designed to introduce them to the pigs’ abilities. The first area is designed to familiarize Zoe and Mio with their new powers, with apples strategically placed in locations accessible only by specific characters.
Mio’s journey starts by taking a right toward hay bales, jumping and using her fart abilities to reach a platform housing her apple. Meanwhile, Zoe should turn left to stretch upward and spot the green apple situated on a higher platform. After acquiring both apples, players can proceed to feed them into the nearby door to advance to the next section.
Second Stage Apple Hunt
The next phase leads to an expansive pig farm where players must explore independently to find their respective apples. As Mio, head left into the muddy area and follow the bubbles. Launch yourself into the air using a bubble and leap onto the wooden hay bales to retrieve the pink apple, then patiently wait for Zoe to collect hers.
Zoe should adopt a similar strategy by utilizing the bubbles, but aim for the silos located near the mud pool. After landing on one, her stretching abilities will enable her to reach the green apple above. Once both players have secured their apples, they can reconvene at the door to progress to the final segment of the quest.
Final Apple Challenge
The last set of apples requires cooperative teamwork, as neither character can obtain their respective apples alone. Zoe’s apple is located beyond a gate near a basket filled with apples. Players should ascend the hill to find a shovel that Mio can use to propel herself up, allowing her to access a hanging basket that will lower for Zoe.
While the basket won’t lift her high enough on its own, Zoe can utilize her stretching ability to retrieve her apple. Meanwhile, Mio should return to the starting area and turn left, finding another shovel that acts as a seesaw. With Zoe’s help, they can launch Mio upwards where she can retrieve her apple.
Once both players have gathered their apples and opened the subsequent doors, prepare for a darker twist in this whimsical side quest.
