In Roofman, Tatum portrays Jeffrey Manchester, a former Army Ranger who, struggling as a father, resorts to robbing McDonald’s by accessing their roofs, which earns him the notorious title of “Roofman.”Following an escape from prison, he attempts to rebuild his life while concealing himself in a toy store. Comedic moments abound, including a playful scene reminiscent of Risky Business, where he dances in his boxer briefs, only to be interrupted by store manager Peter Dinklage. Romantic developments follow, as Jeffrey falls for a store employee played by Kirsten Dunst, complicating his situation and stirring suspense as he risks exposure.

Roofman boasts an impressive ensemble cast featuring Ben Mendelsohn, LaKeith Stanfield, Juno Temple, Melonie Diaz, Uzo Aduba, Lily Collias, and Jimmy O. Yang.
