Legendary guitarist Carlos Santana has postponed his scheduled concert in San Antonio, which was set to take place on Tuesday evening. This decision follows his hospitalization due to dehydration, as confirmed by a representative for the artist.

Originally scheduled to perform at the Majestic Theatre, Santana was admitted for observation after experiencing dehydration symptoms while preparing for the show. His manager, Michael Vrionis, commented on the situation, stating, “Out of an abundance of caution and the health of Mr. Santana, the decision to postpone the show was the most prudent course of action.” He reassured fans that Santana is recovering and is eager to return to San Antonio as well as continue his U.S. tour, thanking fans for their understanding.
Upcoming Shows and Ticket Information
According to Santana’s team, ticket holders are advised to retain their tickets, with updates regarding the rescheduled date to follow shortly. In addition to the postponed San Antonio performance, Santana has other shows lined up for Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
