This latest discovery is in line with Call of Duty’s longstanding tradition of embedding secret Easter Eggs throughout its titles. Area 99 joins the ranks of other maps that feature hidden challenges, a hallmark of the franchise that has delighted players since its inception. Easter Eggs have consistently provided additional objectives across modes such as Zombies, Multiplayer, and Warzone.
How to Solve the Warzone Area 99 Easter Egg
Step 1: Shoot Off 12 Dressed Mannequin Heads
Players must start their quest by shooting the heads of 12 dressed mannequins as fast as they can at the Mannequin Assembly Point of Interest (POI). To maximize their success, teaming up with friends is beneficial; players can split up within the POI and keep track vocally of how many mannequins each person has taken down. A recognizable sound will confirm completion if performed correctly. Although completing this Easter Egg solo is possible, it necessitates favorable mannequin placements and minimal competition during the drop at the POI.
The Mannequin Assembly area hosts 24 mannequins, yet only 12 will spawn at random spots in each match. Utilizing a map featuring all potential spawn locations can help players take less time searching, thus maximizing efficiency.
Should players fail to shoot the mannequins within the allotted time – indicated by the absence of the confirming sound – they will need to restart a new match for another attempt.
Step 2: Obtain the Key Cards
After successfully decapitating all 12 mannequins, players must proceed to the Reactor POI, where they will find two distinct bodies marking the location of the key cards. This stage, along with the next, necessitates the cooperation of at least two players—each must secure one key card and activate the subsequent step concurrently. Step 3: Launch the Nukes in Area 99
