The secret Tunnel puzzle box can be discovered only at the end of a tunnel that concludes in a dead end. Initially, players need to illuminate the two torches located in the blocked tunnel beneath the main entrance to gain access to the Tunnel floorplan. Exit via the front door and take the white staircase on the left to descend. Ensure you possess a Burning Glass, as this is essential to light the torches.
Once at the end of the blocked tunnel, players will find the secret Tunnel floorplan resting on a crate, but this is only possible if at least one nearby torch is illuminated. After retrieving the floorplan, players should return to the Estate or commence a new Day in the game.
To uncover the Tunnel puzzle box, players must successfully draft a Tunnel into one of the house’s perimeter borders. Our successful discovery of this secret was achieved by drafting three Tunnels consecutively that connected to the top-left corner of the 9×5 house grid.
How To Solve The Tunnel Puzzle Box
Solution for the Secret Tunnel Puzzle Box
Upon reaching the end of the Tunnel, players will encounter a diminutive puzzle box, which resembles those found in the Trading Outpost. However, each puzzle box has its unique mechanisms and requires different strategies for unlocking. Players are tasked with maneuvering a specific colored square into each corner of the 3×3 grid.
To successfully unlock the secret puzzle box, ensure each corner is aligned with the correct colored square and click the heart symbols pointing into each corner to secure them. All four corners must be locked in to fully open the puzzle box. In this puzzle, players need to position the orange tiles into each of the four corners.
- Clicking on purple tiles will rotate the surrounding purple tiles.
- Orange tiles nestled between purple tiles can be transformed into purple by clicking on them.
- Clicking on orange tiles will have no effect unless specified above.
- Activating the black tile will cause the entire row to shift to the right, cycling anything in the right column to the left column.
The objective of this puzzle is to arrange the black square and four purple tiles to form a cross in the center of the grid, with one orange tile nestled in each corner.
