NEXON has announced a significant update for Blue Archive, titled The Senses Descend, which was released on March 18, 2025. This update brings a wealth of new content, including two new 3-star Students, an engaging story event, a fun mini-game, and additional events. Players can also take advantage of two returning recruitment banners: The Children’s Innocent Smiles I Will Protect and Welcome Sensei, To My Secret Lab. The first banner includes one 3-star and one 2-star character, while the second one features a 3-star character.
Introducing New Student Recruits
In the latest update, players can recruit two new 3-star characters: Kisaki and Reijo. Both characters are featured in dedicated recruitment banners that will be available until April 1, 2025, allowing players to summon them with increased drop rates. Additionally, these characters can also be accessed through the Regular Recruitment banner.
Kisaki brings valuable skills to the table, such as boosting the EX Skill damage of an ally for 15 seconds and healing allies through her Basic Skill called Imperial Order: Health and Health. In contrast, Reijo specializes in dealing significant damage to a single enemy based on her attack power. She also inflicts Chill and Poison Enhancement debuffs over time, subjecting enemies to ongoing damage for 15 seconds.
Alongside the new additions, players can recruit 3-star Shun (Small) and 2-star Kirino from the The Children’s Innocent Smiles I Will Protect banner and 3-star Saya (Casual) from the Welcome Sensei, To My Secret Lab banner, both available until April 1, 2025. Players can earn Recruitment Points to exchange for Kisaki, Reijo, Shun (Small), Kirino, and Saya (Casual) while the banners are active.
Exciting New Mini-Game: Treasure Hunt
The update also introduces a captivating mini-game called Treasure Hunt. To unlock this event, players need to complete Mission (Normal) 2-3. Participation in Treasure Hunt requires Moonlight Festival Vouchers, which can be earned by completing story missions and quests during the event period.
After collecting the vouchers, players can interact with the board to flip tiles in search of treasures. Once a hidden treasure is discovered, they can refresh the board for the next round, though returning to the previous board is not permitted. The rewards on each board will remain fixed after round seven.

This event runs until April 1, 2025 and requires players to finish Mission 2-3 (Normal) to participate. Players can earn additional rewards such as Artifacts and Credit Points from quests, along with completion bonuses for challenges.
Final Challenge: The Fury of Set (Special Armor)
Players can take on the boss The Fury of Set (Special Armor) during this event, which lasts until April 14, 2025. The event features 124 stages, and players can earn rewards based on the highest stage completed within the event.

Players earn rewards based on their total points and final rank at the event’s conclusion.
