As the concluding chapter of the Thousand-Year Blood War arc, this installment builds on the story crafted by Tite Kubo in his renowned manga series, *Bleach*. It will follow directly from the previous installment, which aired 14 episodes between October and December 2024.

TV Tokyo’s Special Episode Highlights Character Designs for Part 4

During the special episode, titled Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 4 – The Calamity, the production team unveiled impressive storyboard designs. Fans were treated to visuals of Kisuke Urahara’s Bankai, Kannonbiraki: Benihime Aratame, and Yoruichi Shihoin’s formidable Thunder Beast form, Shunko: Raijin Senkei: Shunryu Kokobyo Senki. The sketches showcased intricate details, including close-ups and dynamic movements of both characters, enhancing excitement among viewers.

The artwork gave fans a glimpse of Kisuke’s transformed hand and enhanced eyes, alongside detailed line art representing his Bankai. In Yoruichi’s illustrations, she is depicted engulfed in electricity, displaying feline attributes during her Thunder Beast transformation.

General Director and Composer Tomohisa Taguchi confirmed that the production of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 4 – The Calamity is well underway, promising an abundance of original content. While he refrained from stating a specific release date, it appears that fans may have to wait for a while before the new episodes are fully prepared.

This upcoming installment will begin its adaptation from chapter 661 of the original manga. With only 25 chapters remaining to be adapted, it is expected that this part will include many original sequences to enrich the narrative.
