How to Acquire Plant Seeds in Shattered Veil
To obtain Plant Seeds, players need to destroy the glowing red plant bulbs scattered throughout Shattered Veil. A total of three seeds are necessary to upgrade the Ray Gun Mark 2 to the Ray Gun Mark 2-R variant. Players can eliminate the plants using explosives, such as grenades, Semtex, or even the original/Pack-a-Punch variant of the Ray Gun Mark 2. It’s important to note that upgraded Ray Gun variants do not yield Plant Seeds, making the original or Pack-a-Punch version essential. You can purchase Semtex grenades from a Crafting Table for 250 Salvage after reaching Level 9.

The first plant location is situated in the spawn area of the Garden Pond. Look near the stone bridge, specifically at the left corner where this plant is likely to appear.
Plant Seed Location #2
Still within the Garden Pond, proceed through the stone bridge to reach the northwest corner. You should find a plant spawn point located beneath the illuminated lamp.
Plant Seed Location #3
Moving right from the Garden Pond leads you to Shem’s Henge. Here, opposite the spawn location for the Mystery Box, there is a chance to find a plant on a stone ledge.
Plant Seed Location #4
From the Garden Pond, navigate to the Conservatory. Nearby the stone fountain, you can find another potential spawn for the plant located next to a lit lamp.
