The BP50 was added in Warzone Season 2 bringing with it one of the best weapons in the meta. Here’s the best BP50 loadout to use in Warzone to get the most out of this hyper-accurate classic AR.
One glance at the BP50 will inspire nostalgia amongst long-term Call of Duty fans. This assault rifle’s iconic shape is no coincidence with it being based on the FN F2000, an unusual-looking weapon that first appeared in Modern Warfare 2 (2009).
It has since made an appearance in Call of Duty: Online and later Vanguard, but this marks its first-ever return to the Modern Warfare franchise. It doesn’t disappoint either living up to all expectations and in some ways even exceeding them.

Best BP50 Warzone loadout
- Muzzle: VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor
- Barrel: Lore-9 Heavy Barrel
- Stock: Forbearer Heavy Stock
- Underbarrel: FTAC RS-9 Stealth Angled Grip
- Magazine: 45 Round Mag
The VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor muzzle and Lore-9 Heavy Barrel combine well to not only increase the BP50’s effective range but also its Bullet Velocity. This suppressor also silences the AR keeping you off the enemy’s radar making it less likely you’ll get caught out in a bad position.
Though the BP50 is already an incredibly accurate weapon, it never hurts to make it even more accurate. To do this we recommended equipping both the Forbearer Heavy Stock to reduce vertical recoil and the FTAC RS-9 Stealth Angled Grip underbarrel to mitigate horizontal recoil.
Finally, bigger magazines are typically better in Warzone and the BP50 is no exception. Using the 45 Round Mag gives you the best opportunity to down and finish off as many enemy players as possible before having to reload and be left vulnerable.
The BP50 is a fantastic option in Warzone thanks to its accuracy at long range.
BP50 Warzone Loadout: Perks and Equipment
- Perk 1: Double Time
- Perk 2: Mountaineer
- Perk 3: Quick Fix
- Perk 4: High Alert
- Lethal: Drill Charge
- Tactical: Flash Grenade
Double Time is still the best Perk 1 with the enhanced Tactical Sprint it provides giving mobility improvements that no other Perk can match. Similarly, Mountaineer is another great Perk as it reduces fall damage and the movement penalty given when landing letting you transition from high ground faster.
With the bug preventing it from triggering now patched, Quick Fix has become a powerful option that triggers healing regen whenever an Armor Plate is used. This is less important after the Health Regen buffs in Season 2 but it is still useful and one of the better options in this slot.
For Perk 4, High Alert provides a lot of intel via on-screen pings alerting you when an enemy is aiming in your direction. Being able to preemptively evade incoming fire before it happens will save your life more often than not.
With this class focused on more aggressive play, it makes sense to run a Drill Charge to pressure stationary opponents even through cover. Equally, a Flash Grenade is fantastic for blinding other players giving you an easy gunfight win in the process.
How to unlock BP50 in Warzone
The BP50 is unlocked by reaching and completing Sector B7 of the Warzone Season 2 Battle Pass. Once the season ends it will instead be available as an Armory unlock requiring the completion of daily challenges.
Best alternative to BP50 in Warzone
Just like the BP50, the MCW is another laser-accurate assault rifle that is easy to use at just about any range. It has a worse TTK than the BP50 but is even easier to control giving the MCW unmatched consistency and ease of use.
