Last appearing in a Modern Warfare game back in 2011, the F2000 is a classic assault rifle loved by many fans. Though it also made a surprise appearance in Vanguard, MW3 sees the iconic AR now return to Modern Warfare as the BP50.
Just like back in the day, the BP50 is an extremely accurate weapon that remains a threat at just about any practical range. Despite this, it also has great handling and mobility making it one of the most versatile weapons in multiplayer.
Despite its obvious strengths the BP50 still benefits greatly from using certain attachments so we’ve put together this optimized MW3 loadout to help you get the most out of it.

Best BP50 MW3 loadout
- Muzzle: Shadowstrike Suppressor
 - Laser: VLK LZR 7mW
 - Stock: Moat-40 Stock
 - Underbarrel: Bruen Bastion Angled Grip
 - Ammunition: 5.56 NATO High Grain Rounds

The BP50 is admittedly an accurate weapon regardless but it never hurts to improve recoil and make it even more accurate. Using both the Bruen Bastion Angled Grip underbarrel and Moat-40 Stock is perfect for this with neither ruining the AR’s excellent mobility and handling while still providing a huge boost to recoil control.
To take advantage of the BP50’s impressive mobility it’s also recommended to use the VLK LZR 7mW laser on your MW3 loadout. While it doesn’t directly buff mobility it does improve ADS speed and Sprint to Fire Speed which makes playing aggressively much easier.
The Shadowstrike Suppressor muzzle is another attachment that facilitates aggressive play by preventing you from showing up on the enemy’s radar when firing. This is great for flanking and catching the other team off guard.
A noticeable flaw of the BP50 is its low damage range values when compared to other assault rifles. Using the 5.56 NATO High Grain Rounds ammunition helps mitigate this problem and the decrease in recoil control is hardly noticeable anyway given how accurate the BP50 is.

The BP50 is extremely accurate and easy to use yet also has well above average handling and mobility.
BP50 MW3 Loadout: Perks and Equipment
- Vest: Ninja Vest
 - Boots: Climbing Boots
 - Gear: Ghost T/V Camo
 - Lethal: Frag Grenade
 - Tactical: Stun Grenade

Introduced in Season 2, the Ninja Vest is a fantastic option that grants the benefits of Covert Sneakers without using up the Boots slot. With this slot now freed up we can combo this vest with the Climbing Boots that drastically improve mantle speed which is ideal for pushing enemy players.
To make the most out of the Ninja Vest and the equipped suppressor, it’s best to also use the Ghost T/V Camo gear which prevents you from appearing on enemy UAVs. With this setup, you will never appear on the radar completing the true MW3 stealth playstyle perfect for the BP50.
A Frag Grenade is always a fantastic choice in the lethal slot providing a quick explosive that has a high skill ceiling. Finally, we like a Stun Grenade in the tactical slot which can be used to immobilize enemies and secure easy kills with them unable to fight back.
How to unlock BP50 in Modern Warfare 3
The BP50 is unlocked in MW3 by completing Sector B7 of the Warzone Season 2 Battle Pass. Once Season 2 comes to an end the AR will instead be available as an Armory unlock requiring the completion of daily challenges.
Best alternative to BP50 in MW3
The MTZ-556 is a direct competitor to the BP50 with both being accurate assault rifles that offer better handling than their counterparts. However, a big difference is that the MTZ-556 is more of an AR-SMG hybrid while the BP50 is just a mobile assault rifle.
