The latest Baldur’s Gate 3 update makes a variety of post-Patch 6 fixes. Here’s everything Hotfix 19 does.
For the third time in a week, Baldur’s Gate 3 has a new update.
Last week’s massive Patch 6 made a variety of well-received changes, such as new kiss animations and quality-of-life features, but it also introduced various new issues.
Now, following a small update earlier this week, developer Larian Studios has released Hotfix 19. Here’s what it does.
What’s new in Baldur’s Gate 3 Hotfix 19?

Similar to Hotfix 18, the new update is meant to address some Patch 6 bugs and crashes.
For example, Hotfix 19 fixes some alignment issues with Minthara and Lae’zel kisses that should make them look more realistic.
There are also some Xbox-specific multiplayer fixes to address issues with controller assignments and invites not working properly.
Larian also reiterated that it is “actively working on further fixes that cover several community-submitted issues with Patch 6,” indicating we can expect more bug-fixing updates like this one soon.
