Unlocking the Test Your Might Trophy in Assassin’s Creed Shadows
To embark on the journey toward your “Test Your Might”trophy, you’ll need to successfully wrap up The Tournament side quest. Initially, players must control Yasuke and achieve victory over nine out of twelve Shinbakufus. Once you’ve accomplished this task, head over to Gyoji, who awaits you near your hideout.
Upon speaking with Gyoji, he will guide you to an area in Yamato to participate in The Tournament. Locate the Ominesanji, a dilapidated temple situated in the southern region of Yoshini, where the quest will unfold. After reaching the temple, Gyoji will once again be present and will prompt you to face four warriors and one champion.
After your conversation with Gyoji, proceed to ring the bell near the fighting arena to commence the first round of battles.
Battle Opponents in The Tournament
- Round 1: Your initial challenger is Lady Masago, who wields a Naginata for mid-range strikes. Be vigilant and ready to defend yourself.
- Round 2: Next up is Lord Suguru, armed with a Katana.
- Round 3: Get ready to face Lord Hokuto, who fights with a Kanabo that inflicts severe damage. Timely dodging is crucial to avoid his hits.
- Round 4: Lady O-Sen enters the fray with her poisonous Katanas that can inflict serious wounds. She also has additional weapons like Kunai, so remain alert and dodge her attacks skillfully.
- Final Round: The last opponent is Lord Unkai, the champion, who also uses a Naginata. It’s essential to maintain an appropriate distance; staying too far away allows him the opportunity to heal by consuming a potion.
Upon triumphing over all warriors, return to Gyoji, who will be positioned at the top of the hill. Upon conversing with him again, the “Test Your Might”trophy in Assassin’s Creed Shadows will be automatically unlocked for you.
