As previously mentioned, players have the option to choose between Naoe and Yasuke. Naoe embodies the stealthy shinobi archetype and favors silent takedowns, while Yasuke relies on his formidable strength to confront adversaries head-on. For the Master Shinobi achievement, players must utilize Naoe’s stealth capabilities to eliminate an enemy quietly through a shoji door using a katana.

To facilitate this, you must first acquire the Shoji Door Assassination skill from Naoe’s skill tree. Unlocking this vital ability is a prerequisite for achieving the Master Shinobi trophy. Once you have secured this skill, infiltrate an enemy territory and equip your katana.

Position yourself behind a shoji door and patiently wait for an enemy to approach. When you notice their shadow, it is crucial to act swiftly: draw your katana and execute the enemy through the door. If executed correctly, a notification will appear on your screen, confirming that you have unlocked the Master Shinobi achievement.

While the Master Shinobi trophy is relatively easy to achieve, it is an important milestone for players pursuing a platinum trophy or striving for 100% completion in the game. Every achievement contributes to your overall progress and satisfaction within Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
