Meta has revealed which games will be added to its Meta Quest + subscription service for March 2024. Be sure to add them to your library before the end of the month.
Quite a few gaming subscription services are now available, which provide a selection of games in return for a monthly fee. Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus are the ones you are likely to be familiar with, but Meta Quest has its own service, called Meta Quest+.
The aim of Meta Quest+ is to provide subscribers with access to two free games each month. For a limited time, users are able to get the first month for free, but after that, it costs $7.99 per month, or $59.99 for an annual subscription.
For this month, Meta has changed the formula slightly, in addition to the two specifically curated games, there is also a new rotating catalog of games that users can choose from and play instantly.

The games on offer for March are Contractors and Shadow Point
Contractors
Contractors is a VR competitive FPS in the style of military shooters like Call of Duty. Players will be able to participate in either casual or competitive modes or try out the Zombie survival mode. There are over 30 different weapons to choose from, with a customizable load-out system that lets players try out combat styles as diverse as ‘World War II soldier’ and ‘Ninja’.
Contractors have been out for a while and still receive high marks from the community, possibly thanks to the inclusion of custom content created by the community. If you have friends who play on a different format, don’t worry, as Contractors supports cross-play.
Shadow Point
Shadow Point is a very different style of game. A story-driven puzzle title set in a slightly surreal fantasy world. Players will be challenged to create shadows in specific shapes in order to solve puzzles and delve into the mystery of a missing child.
Shadow Point brings the style of games such as Gone Home or Everyone’s Gone to the Rapture into VR. Best of all, it is narrated by the dulcet tones of renowned actor Patrick Stewart.
Can you keep Meta Quest+ games if you cancel or unsubscribe?
No, you will lose access to any games from Meta Quest+ if you unsubscribe. Users who subscribe to the service can cancel at any time, and if they later choose to resubscribe, the titles they had previously redeemed will be waiting to be accessed in their library.
How many games are included per month with Meta Quest+?
Two games will be available at the start of each month, with Meta saying that the titles are hand-picked to give players access to top-rated hits and hidden gems.
Can you access old Meta Quest+ games?
No, Meta Quest+ removes games each month and replaces them. If you miss a game, you will not be able to play it included with your subscription the month after.
