Rumors have it that Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright broke up, but Jax has set the record straight.
Jax Taylor brought Brittany Cartwright onto Vanderpump Rules during Season 4 in 2015. Though Jax attempted to take their relationship slowly, they ultimately married in 2019 and have had one child together.
Much like Jax’s relationship with Stassi Schroeder, his and Brittany’s relationship didn’t come easy. They fought often and Brittany even caught him cheating with VPR co-star Faith Stowers.
Their love has endured tough times, and now maybe even tougher, as the media seems to think Jax and Brittany have broken up.
Jax, however, has responded to the media and fans’ specualtion and set the record straight about where he and Brittany currently stand.
What did Jax Taylor say about his “breakup” with wife Brittany Cartwright?
After rumors began just days ago about Jax going on a “bender” with Tom Schwartz, some speculated that Jax and Brittany were living in separate houses.
Jax has since responded to the breakup rumors after a fan questioned him online, “Is him and Brittany not together anymore?”
Answering in the only way Jax knew how, he took the sarcastic route, as he thought it was clear that he and Brittany were still together, especially after what they had already been through.

After Jax responded to the fan’s first comment by saying, “Why would you say that, I can’t take a trip without my wife for work?”
The fan went on, “There’s rumors going around you had another Vegas fiasco which honestly would be great for ratings but horrible for the family to go thru.”
Shocked, Jax added one last response, “Wow… after everything that happened… seriously?”
Though Jax made it clear that he and Brittany are still together, Brittany has not commented, at this time, about the rumors or where she stands with Jax — because as VPR fans know, anything could be going on when it comes to truth with Jax.
