It was already amongst one of the best weapons in Warzone throughout Season 1, but Season 2 has seen Modern Warfare 3’s loose interpretation of the real world AN-94 become absolute meta.
This is largely thanks to a nerf to the RAM-7 which no longer deals as much damage as it did in Season 1. Meanwhile, the already popular SVA 545 remains untouched letting it take the top spot as the best assault rifle in Warzone, and arguably the best weapon altogether.

Best SVA 545 Warzone loadout
- Muzzle: VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor
- Barrel: STV Precision Barrel
- Optic: Corio Eagleseye 2.5x
- Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support Grip
- Magazine: 60 Round Mag
The key to making the SVA 545 so good is improving its accuracy to the point where just about anyone can dominate with it. By far the best attachment to achieve this is the STV Precision Barrel which reduces recoil and improves several key stats including bullet velocity, damage range, and aiming idle stability.
To further reduce recoil and make the SVA 545 amongst one of Warzon’e most accurate weapons it’s also recommended to equip both the Bruen Heavy Support Grip underbarrel and VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor muzzle. This muzzle comes with the additional benefit of suppressing the meta assault rifle keeping you off the enemy’s radar when firing.
A larger magazine is always a good thing in Warzone, especially on an automatic weapon with a high fire rate like the SVA 545. As such it’s best to equip the 60 Round Mag. Finally, a meta medium-range optic like the Corio Eagleseye 2.5x will help you get the most out of this dominant AR.

SVA 545 Warzone Loadout: Perks and Equipment
- Perk 1: Double Time
- Perk 2: Spotter
- Perk 3: Cold-Blooded
- Perk 4: Birdseye
- Lethal: Throwing Knife
- Tactical: Flash Grenade
As you’ll be rushing around a lot with this weapon pressuring other teams it makes sense to use Double Time in Perk slot 1 while Spotter in Perk slot 2 reduces the risk of accidentally running into an enemy Proximity Mine or Claymore.
Cold-Blooded is the best option for Perk 3 as this is a sniper support loadout and snipers greatly benefit from this Perk. This is because Cold-Blooded negates the effects of High Alert making it much easier to land crucial shots on unaware enemy players.
For Perk slot 4, Birdseye is a less typical choice that partners nicely with the other chosen Perks by enhancing your UAVs to detect Ghost users and making them scan faster. This facilitates an aggressive playstyle by providing more information.
As with any aggressive loadout, a Throwing Knife is excellent for finishing off downed enemies without wasting ammo especially as this build only has a 45 Round Mag. For tactical, a Flash Grenade is a classic choice that blinds enemies giving you an easy gunfight win.
How to unlock SVA 545 in Warzone
To unlock the SVA 545 in Call of Duty: Warzone all you have to do is reach level 4, as that’s when you get access to Create a Class and can make your own loadout.
Best alternative to SVA 545 in Warzone
Though not quite as strong as it once was, the RAM-7 remains a powerful option that has a lot in common with the SVA 545. At the cost of slightly more recoil, the RAM-7 deals a ton of damage and can outgun most weapons.
