The best moveset for Klinklang in Pokemon Go is to go with Thunder Shock as a Fast Move and Mirror Shot and Zap Cannon as Charged Moves.

Klinklang doesn’t have a Steel Fast Move. It does have two Electric-type Fast Moves, though, and Thunder Shock’s high EPS makes it a better fit.

As for the Charged Moves, Mirror Shot is not a strong move but one that does give a STAB bonus and is low-cost.

Zap Cannon, on the other hand, is a good counter against Water and Flying-types.
