What are Altars of Lilith in Diablo 4?
Altars of Lilith are creepy statues dotted all over Sanctuary and each one gives you a free and permanent upgrade, not just for the character who finds them, but for all your characters, Seasonal and Eternal. So it’s worth keeping an eye out for them.
Once you do find one, you’ll be granted a permanent buff to one of your stats, these include:
- +5 Murmuring Obol Capacity
- +2 Dexterity
- +2 Intelligence
- +2 Strength
- +2 Willpower
On top of the buffs, you’ll also be granted 10 Renown points for that region, making them a helpful way to build up Renown.
As Altars of Lilth apply across all your characters, you’ll only need to activate each shrine once. You won’t need to do it again in your next playthrough with a new character.
That means it’s worth setting some time aside in each region to hunt them all down, as then each of your characters will feel the benefit of their buffs and stat increases. This is especially helpful when starting a new character or for those entering the higher difficulties of World Tiers 3 and 4.
