In an exclusive report of The Fact, it was revealed that THIS popular 3rd-gen idol actress is dating a famous soccer player. In photos, they were even spotted seeing each other at a hotel parking lot and in the female star’s house.
On January 2, former APRIL-turned-actress Lee Naeun was embroiled in rumors of a romantic relationship with soccer player Lee Kang In.
As a response, its respective agencies including Namoo Actors released their official position regarding this.
Ex-APRIL Naeun Reportedly Dating Soccer Player Lee Kang In
On this day, the aforementioned K-media outlet exposed the said couple by releasing accounts with photos of the two stars in the past two months since November 2023.
After getting a tip-off that the two were dating, they were able to spot them together. Starting on Nov. 14-15 last year, the two spent time together inside a car at a hotel’s parking lot late at night.
On Nov. 17, the couple continued to meet each other after winning the game and decided to spend time at Naeun’s apartment in Guri, Gyeonggi Province.
The two, covering their faces with thick and warm clothes, were seen getting in the vehicle conscious of their surroundings.
Lee Kang In then showed his sweet gesture by stopping by the store to buy ice cream for the two to eat together.
Lee Naeun, a former member of the 3rd-gen girl group APRIL, debuted in August 2015 and garnered decent popularity with their releases “Oh! My Mistake”and “LALALILALA.”
In the process, she became an actress and after the group disbanded in 2022 due to a bullying scandal, Lee Naeun focused on her acting career. She was well-received for her drama, “Extraordinary You.”
The idol-actress is set to resume her career after two years as she stars in the drama “Flex X Cop,”which will air on the 26th.
Meanwhile, Lee Kang In made his name known for his TV program “Fly Shoot dori,”which aired in 2005, and is currently active in the world’s prestigious club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).

On the same day, Namoo Actors, Naeun’s label, reported its position regarding the dating rumor. They denied the claims, explaining:
“We have confirmed there is a relationship between the two, but Naeun stated it was nothing more than just friends.”
In Naeun’s defense:
“Our relationship isn’t something like dating. I only did get tickets from him for the match.”
As for Lee Kang In’s agency, they neither confirmed nor denied the dating rumor, briefly replying:
“We have nothing to say.”
