As anticipation builds for Dota 2’s prestigious event, The International 2025, the list of direct invites has been officially unveiled. A total of eight elite teams have earned their spots in this year’s tournament, while an additional eight teams will compete in regional qualifiers to secure their participation.
Although the absence of the Battle Pass feature has somewhat diminished the event’s allure, The International remains the pinnacle of achievement for Dota 2 athletes and enthusiasts alike. Winning the coveted Aegis of Champions is regarded as the apex of a professional player’s career.
