Fans Suggest ‘Him and ExtraEmily Should Collaborate on Streams’ After HasanAbi’s Admission of Driving Over 110mph Post-Coachella

Recently, Twitch streamer Hasan “HasanAbi”made headlines after sharing his Coachella experience during a broadcast, where he revealed that he drove at speeds exceeding 110 mph on a highway for a considerable duration. This admission sparked a wave of criticism across social media platforms, with many users urging Twitch to consider banning him for his reckless behavior.

One user on X, @LocalMalder, suggested a collaboration with Emily “ExtraEmily,”a content creator who had recently faced a ban for “distracted driving”:

“Him and extaemily [sic] should stream together.”

HasanAbi attended Coachella primarily to enjoy a live performance by the hip hop group Kneecap. Upon his return, he recounted an intense driving experience in his electric vehicle, sharing:

“The point where I realized on the highway, cause I was flooring it and going over 100, 110 for an extended period of time unironically just eats the battery, just (makes noise) sucks it up. Bro I literally had like four miles left in the battery and I was four miles away, you know what I mean.”

Historically, Twitch has enforced bans on content creators for traffic violations such as using a cell phone while driving and speeding. Many users on X voiced their concerns regarding HasanAbi’s admission:

“That’s 177km for anyone wondering. That’d get your car towed and license suspended where I live,” stated X user @uniqueaddict.

“Bro, why does everyone need to do stupid s**t in cars to qualify as a Twitch streamer? It’s almost as if devoting your life to parasocial cultivation attracts the worst kind of personalities in society…weird,” commented X user @ComradKing.

“Hasan doesn’t care about the lives of others? I’m shocked,” wrote X user @ColeCxle.

In contrast, some defended HasanAbi’s actions, arguing for the right to drive freely:

“Every American should be able to open up the throttle every once in a while,” remarked X user @PShungite.

“Eh I dislike the guy but speeding on an open highway as a man should be a legal right,” stated X user @princeofthef4all.

Controversy Surrounding Coachella Appearance

During the Coachella festival, HasanAbi sparked further debate by joining Kneecap onstage, where a masked individual waved a Palestinian flag. This moment drew mixed reactions, especially given HasanAbi’s outspoken support for Palestine amid ongoing tensions with Israel. Many internet users questioned his onstage presence, expressing a variety of views.

Prior to the festival, HasanAbi highlighted Kneecap’s controversial stances, referring to the group as “outspoken about a lot of things.” The trio is known for its vocal support of Palestine, often criticizing U.S. military policies.

In related developments, fellow streamer Asmongold accused HasanAbi of attempting to incentivize him with Twitch subscriptions to watch a critical video about Ethan Klein. He further claimed that iDubbbz was defending another content creator, Noah Samsen, who has also been critical of Klein.
