Travel to Takeda Castle

Upon completing the A Promise quest, you will learn from Hosokawa Tama that Nuno Caro is currently at Takeda Castle, preparing to leave Japan. Takeda Castle is situated on the western side of the Tamba region. Considering you’re assuming the role of Yasuke, engaging in direct combat upon arrival is advisable.

Make your way through and eliminate the enemies you encounter, following the objective marker closely. As you approach the main entrance of the castle, select the option “Confront Nuno Caro”to advance the narrative.

Let us duel.
You will all die.

Regardless of the choice, Nuno Caro will attempt to escape. Proceed to eliminate his four soldiers in order to continue the quest.

Following your battle with Caro’s men, head east towards the large tower. Although you will encounter numerous enemies, you can bypass most of them by sprinting directly to the tower’s summit.

Upon reaching the top floor, exit through the window and navigate to the rooftop. Continue northeast through another window into a different structure, then ascend the stairwell to reach the highest level where Nuno Caro awaits.

If equipped with a Kanabo, the Spine Breaker skill proves to be exceptionally effective. Other Samurai abilities like War Kick and Battle Cry can further enhance your chances of victory.

As you deplete Nuno Caro’s health, a cutscene reveals significant dialogue between the two characters. When Caro asks, “What makes you think you can win?”, you have the following responses available:

Later on, as Caro threatens, “My group will send everything at you,”choose from:
