Recently, a snippet from Twitch streamer Lil Rodney Son, known as “Reggie,”has ignited a buzz on social media. In a 13-second clip from his April 13, 2025 livestream, he appeared to reference Felix “xQc”in the wake of the ongoing viewbotting controversy, without mentioning him by name.
During a freestyle performance, Lil Rodney Son hinted at the challenges others felt towards his rising success, stating that certain individuals were “mad”because they observed him and his associates “getting big.”

Revisiting xQc’s Allegations Against Friends of Kai Cenat
On April 9, 2025, during a livestream, xQc expressed skepticism over the notable uptick in concurrent viewers on Lil Rodney Son’s Twitch channel, referencing data from TwitchTracker.com. His commentary suggested a belief that the increase was not organic.
In a sarcastic tone, xQc referred to Lil Rodney Son as a “GOAT,”stating:
“I didn’t even know about this guy and I think he’s the GOAT… This guy might be the GOAT. 1K, next day 800, next day 8K, next day, 60K. That’s the GOAT, I mean, then 20K, 30K, that’s the absolute GOAT of streaming… we’ve been doing it all wrong for a whole decade, we’re f**king stupid.”
Kai Cenat countered xQc’s allegations, suggesting that the criticisms were aimed at him for the success he and his friends were experiencing. He accused xQc of targeting them unfairly.
In further comments, xQc maintained his stance, emphasizing suspicions regarding Lil Rodney Son and RaKai’s potential use of viewbotting to artificially boost their stream numbers, asserting that he genuinely believed there was tampering involved.
