- Next, head to the intersection near the Recycle Store and capture the spirit fox found there to acquire the Pinky Launcher upgrade.
- Proceed south from your agency to find the cliff beneath Captain Sign’s perch.
- Utilize the Pinky Launcher (Alt on PC) to dismantle the barrier and retrieve the Fast Travel upgrade schematics.
- Return to your agency and interact with the door.
- Go to the upgrade menu to view available upgrades.
