Although the Scarlet Enclave was not available for testing on the Public Test Realm (PTR), players do have some insights into the raid’s framework. It will support teams of 20 to 40 players and is poised to feature eight formidable bosses. While the specific roster of encounters remains under wraps, datamined information hints at battles against well-known characters such as Balnazzar, Lilian Voss, and Caldoran—the Scarlet Crusader with a significant connection to the Ashbringer legend.
The Scarlet Enclave has its roots in the World of Warcraft universe, being previously recognized during the Death Knight starter quests in Wrath of the Lich King. Players witnessed events in the town of New Avalon and the Enclave at Tyr’s Hand. In this forthcoming iteration, however, it will showcase entirely new mechanics, areas, and rewards that broaden the lore of Warcraft.
