The music video for Standing Next To You garnered remarkable attention, amassing over 150 million views by October 2024, bolstered by its vibrant funk-pop elements and captivating cinematography. By June 24, 2024, the track also achieved over 700 million streams on Spotify, marking it as the second-fastest song by a solo K-pop artist to reach this extraordinary benchmark.

Upon its release on November 3, 2023, GOLDEN made history by selling over 2.5 million copies on Hanteo within the first day, establishing Jungkook as the first Korean solo artist to achieve such a feat in the platform’s history. The album features 11 tracks, including two pre-released singles, SEVEN (featuring Latto) and 3D (featuring Jack Harlow).
Both singles made waves, reaching the top of the Billboard Global 200 and the Global 200 (Excl. U.S.) charts, with SEVEN making a historic debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
