During this time, the game servers will be offline for approximately five hours, meaning players will be unable to access the game. In recognition of this inconvenience, players will be rewarded with Stellar Jades as compensation.

Scheduled Maintenance for Honkai Star Rail 3.2
The maintenance period for the Honkai Star Rail 3.2 update will begin on April 9, 2025, at 6 AM (UTC+8). Developers estimate that it will take around five hours to complete server preparations and resolve any existing bugs. Provided everything goes smoothly, the global update is expected to go live on the same day at around 11 AM (UTC +8).

Compensation for Maintenance
As a gesture of goodwill following the 3.2 update, HoYoverse will provide maintenance compensation to players who have reached Trailblaze Level 4 in the previous version. Eligible players will receive 600 Stellar Jade as a token for their patience during the downtime.
Players can claim this compensation by accessing their in-game mailbox, which is accessible by clicking on the envelope icon located in the Pause menu, assuming they meet the eligibility requirements and have completed the final download process.
