KFC and Hismile Collaborate on Innovative Fried Chicken Toothpaste: Essential Details You Should Know

In a surprising move, Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) has teamed up with Hismile to launch a unique tooth-cleaning product—fried chicken-flavored toothpaste. This collaboration is genuine and not just an elaborate April Fool’s prank.

Such unusual brand partnerships have become increasingly common recently. For instance, Domino’s introduced a limited-edition pepperoni-themed perfume earlier this year for Valentine’s Day. KFC is now joining this trend with its innovative new offering.

Introducing KFC and Hismile’s Fried Chicken Toothpaste

Hismile has officially rolled out a toothpaste that captures the essence of KFC’s signature flavor profile. According to the company, the Fried Chicken Toothpaste delivers a savory taste reminiscent of the beloved fried chicken dish. The product description on their website elaborates:

“We’ve made your wildest dreams (or weirdest cravings) come true with our KFC Fried Chicken Toothpaste. Inspired by KFC’s legendary 11 herbs and spices, this toothpaste is like biting into a crispy, hot, juicy piece of KFC Original Recipe® Chicken. Bring the unmistakable taste of crispy, golden perfection straight to your toothbrush for a full-on flavour takeover.”

This fluoride-free toothpaste is priced at $13 for a 60g (2.1oz) pack and is exclusively available through Hismile’s website for a limited time.

Complementing this unusual flavor experience is a specially designed KFC-themed electric toothbrush, retailing at $59. This toothbrush comes equipped with soft-tapered bristles, multiple cleaning modes, and a built-in timer, along with a replacement brush head and a USB-C charging cable.

Koban Jones, Hismile’s marketing manager, shared insights about the collaborative project with Food & Wine:

“This started as an April Fools’ joke, but we thought — why not make it real? We love pushing boundaries, and what better way to do that than by bringing KFC’s legendary flavors into an everyday essential? This collab is bold, unexpected, and seriously fun.”

Both products showcase KFC’s branding, prominently featuring Colonel Sanders. The toothpaste comes in a classic white tube capped with red, while the electric toothbrush stands out in red with white bristles. However, consumers should note that these items are available for a limited duration.

Another innovative menu release is the Dunk It Bucket, which debuted last month. This offering consists of two Original Recipe Tenders, five Mashed Potato Poppers, and a side of fries, accompanied by three sauce options of the customer’s choice:

The Dunk It Bucket starts at $7, though prices might vary depending on regional and platform-specific differences. Additionally, KFC is offering the Dunk It Double Bucket, which includes 10 Mashed Potato Poppers, 10 tenders, four biscuits, two servings of fries, and six dipping sauces.
