Comprehensive Guide to Finding Dr. Garrow’s Research Notes
After successfully aiding Dr. Garrow in her escape from Skethermoor Prison, she eventually finds her way to The Interchange. You will encounter her again in the Central Processor room, where she will task you with finding her vital research notes. She will provide essential hints regarding their whereabouts.
Accessing the Lower Level of the Robotics Section
According to Dr. Garrow, her research notes are stored in her office located on the lower level of the Robotics section. To gain access, you must first insert an atomic battery into the Delta Battery Terminal found in Data Store D. This action will enable all doors within this area. After activating the terminal, ascend the stairs to reach the ground level, where you will encounter two more doors leading into the Robotics section.
Once there, locate another staircase descending into the lower section, leading to the main Robotics compartment. Exercise caution as you will encounter B.A.R.D. Robots and laser turrets capable of inflicting significant damage. It is advisable to find cover and carefully navigate towards the entrance of the Robotics section situated near the turrets.
Navigating to the Administration Wing
You can utilize the Signal Redirector to neutralize the robots and remain undetected. Upon entering the Robotics area, traverse through the tunnel that leads to the Administration wing. Use the Signal Redirector to open the door to the Power Control Beta room.
Inside this room, activate the Wing Power Control, which will restore power to the Administration wing. Upon exiting, climb onto the boxes situated near the Lower Level gate. Use the Signal Redirector to hack into the power box adjacent to the gate. Upon completion, enter the Robot Assembly room directly across from the Power Control Beta room.
Once again, employ the Signal Redirector to hack the power box in this room, allowing access to the main entry door. Inside, locate the wing power control lever and pull it to restore power to the Lower Level. Finally, utilize the Signal Redirector once more to gain access through the gate leading to the Lower Level.
Exploring the Lower Level of Robotics
Upon entering the lower level of Robotics, proceed along the slopes. Utilize the Signal Redirector to gain entry through the door. Once inside, turn on Console A, which can be found to your left. Next, search for Console B and activate it as well. Lastly, locate Console C, which will open a nearby gate, revealing a Head Office keycard next to a lifeless body.
Retrieving the Research Notes and Reporting Back to Dr. Garrow
With the keycard in hand, head to the Head Office, which is located to the north of the Console C area. Inside this office, you will find Dr. Garrow’s research notes waiting for you on the table. Simply grab them and make your way back to The Interchange. Follow the exit tunnel adjacent to the Weapon Testing area.
This tunnel will lead you back to The Interchange where Dr. Garrow awaits your return. Upon reuniting, head to the Central Processor area to speak with her and successfully complete the mission.
