Madison LeCroy recently participated in Part 1 of the Southern Charm Season 10 reunion, which premiered on March 27, 2025. During the episode, she provided personal updates regarding her life, including her pregnancy and the recent health challenges faced by her husband, Brett Randle. This season has chronicled the family’s experiences, notably the impact of her father Ted’s battle with cancer and the revelation of Brett’s tumor, which Madison learned about only when it was disclosed on camera.
In an insightful moment, host Andy Cohen probed Madison about her feelings concerning Brett’s decision to keep his health issues private. Madison reflected on her own grief over her father’s passing, suggesting that Brett may have chosen not to share this staggering news to protect her from additional distress during such a tumultuous time.
“I mean, it’s difficult. I was grieving my dad I had just lost from cancer. I think at that time he was like, ‘I see her, she’s upset,’ so he waited,”Madison shared.
Madison LeCroy Discusses Brett’s Health Scare and Upcoming Arrival of Their Baby
Earlier in the season, on March 13, Madison joyfully announced to her mother Tara that Brett’s health concerns had received a positive update: his test results indicated no cancer, revealing only abnormal tissue. This news was a significant relief for Madison, who had been deeply anxious about his condition. Following a challenging set of circumstances, she expressed gratitude that Brett’s health was improving, allowing them to look forward.
In the March 13 After Show, Madison conveyed her relief and contentment with having overcome such hurdles. Their shared experience had been marked by her father’s cancer diagnosis occurring simultaneously with Brett’s issues, ultimately leading to her father’s passing.
“I feel like I’ve definitely been holding my breath so long that I don’t know how to breathe,” Madison expressed.
While Madison and Brett initially paused their plans for expanding their family due to his health scare, on February 6, she delighted fans by announcing her pregnancy through Instagram. During a February 27 interview with Parents magazine, she revealed the exciting news that they were expecting a baby girl.
With her 12-year-old son, Hudson, Madison expressed her enthusiasm for having one boy and one girl, humorously noting that she would need to budget better for her daughter’s adorable clothing.
In her interview, Madison highlighted her anticipation for Hudson to meet his baby sister, despite the 12-year age gap. He is already stepping into his role as a big brother, eager to impart knowledge and even assist in assembling a stroller. Reflecting on her current pregnancy journey, she noted that this experience is markedly different from her first, primarily due to the physical changes she is experiencing at 34. Madison shared that she finds comfort in eating, allowing herself some indulgence after years of strict dietary and fitness regimes.
As she embraces this transformative time, Madison feels empowered to take a step back and cherish her pregnancy, emphasizing the importance of easing into her cravings and gaining weight without restraint.
