Ashton Hall Faces Eviction Amid Viral Fame
Fitness trainer and influencer Ashton Hall has recently found himself in the spotlight for more than just his viral morning routine. Reports of his eviction surfaced on March 24, 2025, primarily through a post by the influencer @ieatjeets on the social media platform X. This post quickly garnered significant attention, amassing over 1.1 million views shortly after its release.
The tweet, humorously captioned “The routine guy really got evicted lmao,” included images of an eviction notice listing Hall as a defendant along with a Florida Limited Liability Company, Silent Sky LLC. Brickell Flatiron Condominium Association, Inc., a nonprofit organization based in Florida, was identified as the plaintiff, represented by attorney Lindsey F. Thurswell.
Following this revelation, the Instagram account @ballerbusters also shared similar allegations regarding Hall’s eviction on March 26, 2025.
“Dear influencers… don’t get yourself evicted for stupid reasons! Also, he was caught illegally subleasing it to others,” read the caption.
This post not only reiterated the eviction claim but also suggested that Hall recorded his famous morning routine video at the disputed location. The claim was further validated by cross-referencing the address in the eviction notice with data from Zillow, which indicated that the property rental is priced at over $17,000 per month, while its purchase price is approximately $2.5 million.
“The reason he got evicted is because he cloned the fob for the building and gave it out to somebody so that they can have access to the amenities of the building,” the post asserted.
Mixed Reactions Emerge Online
The news of Ashton Hall’s eviction has prompted varied reactions across social media. X user @garybasin commented on @ieatjeet’s post, quipping:
“He didn’t have paying rent in his routine.”

Numerous users joined the conversation, voicing their opinions and teasing Hall for various aspects of his lifestyle. One user humorously commented:
“Bro was seen packing up a suitcase filled with bananas and spring water.”
“Nothing a sparkling ice bath can’t fix,” someone else added.
“This is what happens when you spend all your money on bottled water and organic bananas,” another user mocked.
The commentary continued, with reactions ranging from observations on Hall’s legal troubles to critiques of his spending habits:
“Legal trouble for routine guy,” wrote a user.
“Just 4 months ago we would’ve had a coin already at 100M celebrating this,” mentioned another commenter.
“Classic gym bro,” another individual summarized.
“Miami expensive, can’t fault him. That apt easily 5-8k a month. Those cars? Cost. His video production was high-quality, easily $500-1000 a video. No wonder:)”
Ashton Hall’s Morning Routine Video Goes Viral
Ashton Hall’s rise to fame is often attributed to his elaborate daily morning routine, which he shared on TikTok and Instagram. In February, he uploaded a six-hour-long video detailing his regimen, inviting viewers to join him in what he described as a transformative experience.
“Day 191 of the morning routine that changed my life. 3:50am to 9:30am… If you’re dealing with a weak mind, bad decisions, or lack of productivity, go to sleep early,” he said in the video.
The video, which showcases activities such as dunking his face in ice-cold water, massaging with a banana peel, and high-intensity exercises, went viral on March 23, 2025, after being shared by the @tipsformenx account on X, ultimately achieving over 157 million views.
In response to the recent events, Hall also engaged with his audience through two follow-up videos. He emphasized a divine inspiration for his journey, stating that his purpose is to lead rather than follow. In another clip, he responded to his critics, asserting, “Easy route don’t pay well.”
Awash in both support and mockery, Ashton Hall’s evolving narrative captures the complexities of influencer culture and the thin line between viral success and personal challenges.
