Announced in the March 2025 update, CRK Error Busters Season 2 introduces new features and gameplay elements that enhance the overall experience. Here’s what players need to know:
Event Duration
The event kicked off on March 26, 2025, and will run concurrently with the Shroome Shenanigans event, concluding on April 11, 2025.
How to Participate in the Cookie Run Kingdom Error Busters Season 2
Players can find Error Busters Season 2 under the “New Update“section in the Events tab. To commence the action, hit the “Play Now”button located in the upper right corner, followed by the Battle button.
Each battle requires 1 Error Buster Ticket, with players able to hold a maximum of eight tickets. Tickets regenerate at a rate of one every three hours.
In battle, players receive a team of four randomly selected Cookies, tasked with defeating waves of adversaries. They occasionally have the opportunity to switch out Cookies and choose Bug Fix Effects, which provide beneficial buffs for the duration of the battle.
Additionally, two special mechanics enhance gameplay during battles:
- Protocol Effects: These permanent buffs improve Cookies’ performance throughout the Cookie Run Kingdom Error Busters Season 2 battles and can be upgraded using Data Fragments.
- Augments: Unlocked when a Protocol reaches Level 30, these augmentations can be paired for additional set bonuses.
At the conclusion of each round, players earn rewards in the form of Golden Beetle Coins and Data Fragments.
