“Different Wavelengths” — Love Is Blind: Sweden’s Oscar Discusses Relationship Issues with Alicia

Episode 7 of Love is Blind: Sweden, released on March 20, 2025, saw previously eliminated participants reunite with the remaining couples still in the pods. Tension arose when Tim made his entrance, provoking feelings of discomfort in Alicia, who had previously chosen Oscar over him. A poignant conversation unfolded between Alicia and Tim, where emotions ran high.

During their discussion, Tim challenged Alicia’s decision to end their relationship, prompting her to explain her lack of vision for a future with him. Tim expressed disbelief at her choice, leading to a tearful exchange. Meanwhile, Alicia’s connection with Oscar was also strained, as they navigated their own relationship challenges. Alicia confessed that although Tim’s gesture of kissing her forehead stirred feelings within her, she yearned to experience similar emotions with Oscar.

Recognizing their disconnect, Oscar admitted to feeling distant from Alicia. This realization prompted Alicia to consider taking a break from their relationship. A subsequent phone call revealed Oscar’s frustrations about their inability to deepen their connection.

“And what I’m feeling right now is not what I’d like to be feeling. We’re not on the same wavelength, I think,”said Oscar regarding his struggles with Alicia.

As the conversation came to a sudden halt, Alicia chose to end the discussion without providing a response, leaving Oscar visibly upset.

Highlights from Episode 7 of Love is Blind: Sweden

The episode began with eliminated contestants reuniting with their fellow cast members. Awkward tension filled the air when Jakob saw Emmelie, a past connection before he chose Karolina. Emmelie openly expressed her feelings of being misled during their time in the pods, wanting clarity from Jakob.

Jakob responded, explaining that his decision to choose Karolina was guided by his genuine feelings. Emmelie elaborated on her relationship philosophy, which discouraged pursuing connections that felt wrong. Observing from afar, Karolina decided to give Jakob the space to manage the conversation with Emmelie.

As more former contestants joined the scene, Ola and Milly discussed their own relationship struggles. Ola had previously voiced his concerns regarding Milly’s lifestyle choices, particularly her fondness for soft drinks and junk food, which clashed with his own habits.

“When he [Ola] talks about how my lifestyle makes him feel like this and like that and all these negative things, of course, I take that to heart,”expressed Milly.

After they returned home, Karolina probed Jakob about his lengthy conversation with Emmelie. In the following days, the couple went on a date, where Karolina acknowledged that despite the painful nature of their discussion, it was ultimately beneficial for their relationship. She felt relieved to communicate openly and recognized the significance of discussing difficult topics.

As Milly and Ola prepared to end their relationship, they tackled the daunting task of packing up their belongings. Post farewell hug, Milly reflected in a confessional that reconnecting with her family would offer her solace.

“I hope that he [Ola] finds the kind of love that he’s looking for. But he needs to be more open to letting someone in,”said Milly.

Additionally, Karin and Niklas ventured out for a lake date, where Karin shared her rising anxiety about the approaching wedding, while Niklas admitted to feeling nervous yet content with their relationship’s progression.
