Warframe Hotfix 38.5.1: Complete Patch Notes and Updates

Just hours following the launch of the Techrot Encore update for Warframe, the game team is rolling out a crucial hotfix, version 38.5.1. This initial hotfix addresses specific bugs related to the recently introduced content.
