On March 18, BTS member Jin’s latest episode of his variety show, RUN JIN, premiered, captivating fans with its exciting content. As the episode concluded, a teaser for the next installment was shared, indicating that the K-pop star will be exploring the sport of fencing in the upcoming episode. Notably, South Korean national fencer Oh Sang-uk will make a guest appearance to support Jin in this new endeavor.

Fans of Jin, known for his adventurous spirit in selecting activities for RUN JIN, expressed their enthusiasm upon hearing about the fencing theme. Many took to social media to share their excitement, with comments reflecting high expectations for the episode.

Exploring BTS’ Jin and His Recent Ventures

Jin, a South Korean singer-songwriter, is a prominent member of the globally acclaimed boy band BTS, which debuted in 2013 under Big Hit Entertainment. Within the group, he contributes as one of the lead vocalists, sharing the spotlight with fellow members Jimin, V, and Jungkook.

Transitioning into his solo career, Jin has released several tracks on SoundCloud, including hits like “Abyss”and “Tonight.”His official solo debut occurred in October 2022 with the single “The Astronaut,”produced in collaboration with Coldplay. Following his enlistment in the military in December 2022, Jin returned to civilian life in June 2024.

Shortly after completing his service, Jin hosted a special event for BTS fans, celebrating the group’s 11th anniversary by hugging 1,000 raffle-selected fans. Moreover, Jin made history by participating in the Olympic Torch Relay, representing South Korea at the Paris 2024 Olympics.

In August 2024, Jin launched his own variety show, RUN JIN, which serves as a spin-off of the popular show, RUN BTS.
