Everything You Need to Know About Claussen’s New Pickle Juice Release

Claussen, a prominent name in the realm of refrigerated pickles, has listened to its fans and is launching an innovative product just in time for St. Patrick’s Day. The brand is excited to introduce Just The Brine, a new bottled pickle juice aimed at enthusiasts of this tangy condiment.

Promoted as the ultimate mixer and a refreshing source of electrolytes, Just The Brine is the result of tremendous fan demand. The concept gained traction following an October 2024 promise from the brand to roll out Just The Brine, inspired by a viral social media clip of internationally celebrated artist Dua Lipa mixing pickle juice with Diet Coke.

Per Claussen’s recent press release, this new product will be available for a limited time starting March 14, 2025, in select cities including New York, Chicago, and Boston.

Exploring Claussen’s Just The Brine

As a proud subsidiary of Kraft Heinz, Claussen is commemorating St. Patrick’s Day with the launch of Just The Brine. This all-brine beverage comes in direct response to the popular content shared by Dua Lipa, where she cleverly poured pickle juice into her soda drink.

Joining the conversation last year, Claussen teased fans with an Instagram post showcasing canned brine pickle juice, stating:

“Hey Dua Lipa, we hear you. One sip is all it takes. Do we dare? 10k likes and we just might make Claussen Dill Pickle Juice a thing.”

This exciting offering, playfully characterized as the ideal solution for nighttime fun and daytime recovery, has sprouted from six months of extensive fan feedback and requests. According to Claussen, Just The Brine will be offered in 8 oz bottles, making it easy to savor.

Brand Manager Caroline Sheehey reflected on the inspiration behind the product, stating in the March 10, 2025, release:

“After seeing the overwhelming response from fans when we teased the concept last year and all the creative ways people use our brine, we knew we had to make this product a reality.”

Highlighting the product’s versatility, Sheehey added:

“Whether you’re mixing up a tangy cocktail or reaching for a next-day refresh, Just The Brine is here to bring the same flavor and experience you already know and love from our delicious pickles – now in liquid form.”

Product Availability

Starting March 14, 2025, pickle enthusiasts across certain U.S. cities can purchase Just The Brine. This limited-time offering will be available in packs containing six bottles, specifically designed for “pickling”cocktails and “unpickling”hangovers.

On March 12, 2025, Claussen took to social media, confirming the launch of Just The Brine in select markets. The post read:

“This St. Patrick’s Day weekend, Just The Brine is hitting your city. The perfect pickle-y mixer by night, and electrolytes by day!”
