One Punch Man Chapter 199 Redraw: Flash and Sonic Join Forces Against the Tenninto

The release of the One Punch Man chapter 199 redraw has generated excitement among fans as it showcases a pivotal alliance between Flashy Flash and Speed-o’-Sound Sonic against the formidable Heavenly Ninja Party, known as Tenninto. While these competitive moments have been illustrated in earlier versions, the latest chapter aligns more closely with the narrative of the original webcomic.

In the preceding chapter, flashbacks revealed a tense confrontation between Speed-o’-Sound Sonic and his old ally from the Ninja Village, Flashy Flash. Sonic launched a myriad of attacks, employing various techniques, yet each was skillfully countered by Flash. This led Flashy Flash to assert that Sonic should be able to withstand his most powerful techniques, prompting him to unleash one of his ultimate moves.

Titled “Close Call,”the latest chapter picks up right where the last one left off, with a flurry of weapons descending upon Flashy Flash. Just as he deftly avoided the onslaught, the Heavenly Ninja Party made their dramatic entrance onto the battlefield.

The Tenninto was bewildered by Flashy Flash’s knowledge of their presence, suspecting Sonic of betrayal since their meeting point was neither scheduled nor appropriate. However, Sonic’s involvement yielded an unexpected benefit, as the Tenninto observed Flashy Flash’s ninjutsu in action.

Just as the Tenninto prepared to carry out Flashy Flash’s execution, Sonic intervened, striking down one of their members. The group was quick to conclude that Sonic had indeed betrayed them. In a surprising twist, Sonic proclaimed his intention to confront Flashy Flash alone, but the Tenninto’s poor timing thwarted his plans.

Flashy Flash expressed astonishment at Sonic’s ability to defend against his signature Flash Kicks, believing that Sonic could effectively counterattack if he fully committed. Conversely, Sonic felt that his chances of victory were high if their duel hadn’t been interrupted prematurely.

This dialogue only served to further infuriate the Tenninto, who began considering whether to add Sonic to their execution agenda. Confident in their elite ninja skills and numerical advantage, they were convinced they could defeat both Sonic and Flashy Flash. In response, the two ninjas decided to unite against the Tenninto before continuing their personal confrontation. Meanwhile, Saitama arrived at Sonic’s hideout to find it deserted.

The chapter then shifts back to the clash, with the Tenninto unleashing Hellfire Flame and Gale Wind to distract Sonic and Flashy Flash. However, instead of wiping them out, Flashy Flash managed to capture the attackers. Inquiring about Flashy Flash’s decision to spare their lives, Sonic learned that these ninjas had once been monsters who reverted to their human forms. This revelation hinted at their potential value to the Hero Association for research aimed at reversing monsterification.
