Ascending the Birthday Cake

1) Navigating Through Candyland

- When faced with a dead end of gummy bears, perform a jump-attack on the green candy ground to break through.
- Hop over rotating chocolate sticks, which shift unexpectedly, demanding quick reflexes.
- Utilize yellow jelly launchers by jump-attacking them to springboard ahead.
2) Challenges Along the Ascent
- Beware of candy ball cannons firing at you while climbing; constant movement is essential.
- Innocuous-looking cherries will bounce you away if you collide with them—steer clear!
- Eventually, you will encounter a frosty yellow jelly. Work together to jump-attack and shatter the candy, enabling you to bounce your way to the peak.
With the five candles lit, the whimsical birthday atmosphere dissipates, heralding the onset of an intense boss fight.
Confronting the Boss: The Dentist’s Nightmare
After lighting the candles, prepare for an unexpected battle as the dentist appears.
1) Phase One: Breaking Free
- One player may find themselves trapped in a chair by the dentist. To break free, wiggle the left stick or press the prompted keys.
- If another player gets caught by the dentist’s drill, dash into them to liberate them.
- The dentist will swing a massive brush across the platform—jump to evade it.
2) Phase Two: The Dentures’ Assault
- The dentist’s chattering dentures will charge at players; keep moving to dodge a bite.
- Upon flipping over, jump-attack the dentures to take control of them.
- Use the dentures to bite one of the dentist’s hands while the other player jump-attacks the immobilized hand to inflict bonus damage.
3) Phase Three: The Cup Trick & Final Showdown
- The dentist traps one player in a cup, shuffling them around, complicating tracking.
- One player will be split; quickly reunite both halves to free your teammate.
- When the dentures flip again, repeat the attack strategy until you can strike the final blow.
- Finish the encounter by pushing the dentist’s drill into his mouth.
