Assault rifles are the most adaptable weapons in Call of Duty. Regardless of if you’re shooting an enemy ten meters away or 150 meters away an assault rifle can get the job done. An AR’s ability to perform well in most situations is their greatest strength.
While LMGs like the DG-58 LSW and Pumelyot 762 saw plenty of use early on in the Urzikstan era, Warzone players are now once again favoring ARs in Season 2 and Season 2 Reloaded.

The SVA 545 is still the best assault rifle in Warzone even after its handling was nerfed.
